At-Home Sleep Study

Take an easy at-home sleep apnea test to diagnose sleep apnea from the comfort of your own bed. Then, meet with our sleep doctor via telemedicine to review your results, discuss what they mean, and explore your treatment options.

Equipment mailed or delivered to your home. Results reviewed within days.

Step 3

In-Office Digital Scan

Dr. Glenn Thompson, DMD will perform a thorough oral exam and take a precise digital scan of your bite. This digital impression is used to create your custom sleep apnea oral appliance — a perfect fit, every time.

Performed at our Lakewood office. Takes about 45–60 minutes.

Step 4

Custom Fitting & Mobile Delivery

Once your sleep apnea device is fabricated, come in for a custom fitting and thorough instructions from our clinical team. For qualifying patients, we offer mobile delivery and fitting — we come to you, anywhere in Colorado.

How long does the process take?+
From consultation to fitting, the process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on insurance approval and lab fabrication time.
Is the oral appliance covered by insurance?+
Many insurance plans cover sleep apnea oral appliances. We verify your benefits and handle all billing on your behalf before treatment begins.
What if I already have a CPAP?+
Many patients who struggle with CPAP tolerance find oral appliances to be a more comfortable alternative. We can discuss whether this is right for you during your consultation.
Do you offer home delivery?+
Yes. We offer discreet mobile delivery of medical appliances for qualifying patients throughout the state of Colorado.
